How do I order food delivery?
Pick a restaurant or café on the website or in the BIAR app for iOS and Android, add dishes to your cart and check out.
Which cities does BIAR work in?
Ashgabat and other cities of Turkmenistan where restaurants and cafés are connected to BIAR. Set your address to see places near you.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Each place sets its own delivery fee and time. Delivery time is shown in the list and on the place's page, and the delivery fee at checkout.
How can I pay?
In cash on delivery or with your biar wallet, if the place accepts wallet payments. You can top up the wallet with a bank card in your profile — the payment goes through the bank's payment page.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Yes, if the place allows it: choose “Pickup” at checkout and collect your order at the place.
How do I track my order?
The order status is shown in your profile under “My orders”. We also send a notification when the status changes.
How do I log in?
With your phone number: enter it and we'll text you a code. No password needed.
